There was sewing, there was knitting, there was great art and reading.

2 - 4. A batch of alterations on these vintage dresses.

5. A new zipper for ol’ Jimmy’s jacket.

6. A blazer that belonged to my client’s late father. We took
1940s camo duck pants now with 10 new darns.

These are WWII military issue pants that, judging by the sawdust in the pocket seams and abundant wear and tear, later became shop pants until they were too thrashed to work in anymore.

They eventually
Chopped 6” off this babe.

Cropping a puffer (or any lined jacket, really) like this is a bit involved. The new hem line falls right in the middle of the original pockets and we wanted to keep the original zipper for its perfect color match.
